Abstract submissions are now open until 15 September 2024 both for a limited number of oral (max. 3) and poster presentations!

Here is the guideline for the preparation of the abstract submission text:

Abstract titles and texts should use Arial (size 10) as the character font.

• Abstract title should be a maximum 10 words, and not in capital
• Abstract must include the following information; name of the authors/contributors, author/contributor affiliations.
• Abstract main text should not exceed the 500 word limit. Tables, charts, or figures are not allowed in the abstract.
• A limited number of the abstracts selected for a poster presentation will also be invited for a 5 minute flash talk, the presenters will be notified with the acceptance email.
